Privacy Policy — Booty King

1. Who we are

The Booty King app (“the app”) is operated by Anthony Osorio (“we”, “us”, “our”), 17602 17th St, Ste 102 #1062, Tustin, CA 92780, United States.

This policy covers the Booty King app. It does not cover the bootyking.co website, which handles membership signup and payment separately.

2. The short version

  • Everything you enter in the app — your body stats, workouts, meals, water, weight check-ins and progress photos — is stored on your own device and is not sent to us.
  • We do not operate accounts, servers or databases for app data. We cannot see your information, and we cannot recover it for you.
  • We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for advertising.
  • We do not use analytics or tracking of any kind in the app.
  • Two service providers see limited technical information when you use the app: our video host and our font provider. Neither receives your health data. Details in Section 5.
  • Clearing your browser data, or deleting the app from your home screen, permanently deletes everything. There is no backup.

3. What the app stores on your device

The app stores the following locally, in your browser’s storage on your own device:

Profile and health information

  • First name
  • Age, sex, height and body weight
  • Body fat percentage, if you choose to enter it
  • Activity level, fitness goal and diet preference
  • Calculated calorie and macronutrient targets

Activity you record

  • Days you mark complete in a program
  • Meals and foods you log, with calories and macronutrients
  • Glasses of water
  • Body-weight check-ins and how you said you were feeling
  • Which pep talks you have watched
  • Your language and unit preferences

Progress photos

  • Photographs you choose to add. The app reduces each photo to a maximum of 640 pixels on its longest side and stores it on your device. Photos are never uploaded to us.

Some of this is health information, which receives additional protection under laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA), the EU/UK GDPR, and the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). We handle it in the most protective way available: by not collecting it at all.

4. What we do not do

We do not:

  • Send your app data to our servers — we do not operate a server for app data
  • Require an account, email address or password to use the app
  • Use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising identifiers or tracking cookies
  • Sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes
  • Build advertising profiles, or use your data to target advertising
  • Access your camera roll — you choose individual photos through your device’s own picker

5. Third-party services

Two providers receive limited technical information when the app is used. Neither receives your health data, because the app never transmits it.

Video hosting Exercise videos and pep talks are streamed from a third-party video hosting provider. When a video loads, that provider receives your IP address, device and browser type, and which video was requested. It does not receive your name, stats, photos or logs. We can tell you who our current provider is on request — write to [email protected].

Google Fonts The app loads two typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser type when the fonts are requested. It receives nothing else. Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

We do not currently use any other third-party service in the app — no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising networks, and no cloud storage.

6. Membership and payment

Access to the training programs requires an active membership purchased on bootyking.co. Payment is handled entirely on the website, not in the app. We do not process, receive or store payment card details in the app.

7. How long we keep your information

Because your app information never reaches us, we do not retain it and cannot delete it on your behalf. It remains on your device until you remove it, which you can do at any time — see Section 8.

8. Your control over your data

You can, at any time and without asking us:

  • Delete individual progress photos — open the photo in the app and tap Delete photo
  • Erase everything the app has stored — Profile → Settings → Reset all data
  • Delete everything permanently — clear your browser’s site data for the app, or remove it from your home screen

Because there is no backup, deletion is permanent and we cannot recover anything.

9. Your legal rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal information, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent.

For app data, you can exercise these directly on your device, as described in Section 8 — you hold the only copy.

If you believe we hold personal information about you through any other channel — for example your membership on bootyking.co, or an email you sent us — contact [email protected] and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

If you are in California: you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not process it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would give you a right to limit that use. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. If you are in Mexico: you have ARCO rights (Acceso, Rectificación, Cancelación, Oposición) under the LFPDPPP. Requests go to [email protected]. A Spanish-language version of this notice is available at bootyking.co/policy-es.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK: you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. Children

The app is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Memberships are for adults aged 18 and over only. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

11. Security

Your app information is protected by your own device’s security — your passcode, biometrics and device encryption. Because nothing is transmitted to us, there is no account of yours for an attacker to breach on our side.

Please note the practical consequence: if your device is lost, stolen or unlocked by someone else, your progress photos and health information are accessible to whoever holds it. We recommend using a device passcode.

12. International transfers

Because your app data stays on your device, it is not transferred internationally by us. The service providers named in Section 5 may process technical data in other countries under their own policies.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes affecting how your information is handled, provide a notice in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
